When Will I Receive My Order?
Orders are usually shipped from our warehouses within 2 business days.
It then takes between 4 and 6 working days for your item to arrive at your home.
During busy periods, it may take up to 4 days to ship.
How Can I Make a Return?

If for any reason you decide within 14 days of receiving your order not to use the product, you have the option of returning it to us and we will issue you a full refund, no questions asked.

How to track my order ?
To track your order, simply go to this track my order page at the bottom of our website.
By clicking on the link: track my order you will be directed to a page where you can enter your order number , received by email during your purchase, as well as your email address associated with the order.
And there you will be able to get all the necessary information regarding the status of your delivery.

My Order Is Not Complete
As we have different storage locations and work with different manufacturers, you may receive your products in different packages. So don't worry if you don't receive everything at once.
Our average delivery times are 5 to 8 working days. Some packages may take a little longer than this.
However, if you still have not received your package after 40 working days after your order, then we will refund you in full and you can keep the item when you receive it.
You can contact us via the contact form to report an item not received.
Can I Cancel Or Modify My Order?
We process orders you place quickly, usually within 12 hours.
For this reason, you have 12 hours after ordering to send a cancellation or modification message via the contact form
After this time, your items will have already been shipped, so we will not be able to modify your order.
What should I do if the item I received is damaged or defective?
Despite our rigorous selection of trusted carriers, your package may arrive damaged.

- Description of the problem (wrong/defective item, etc.)
- A photo or video
You will not need to return the product and we will reimburse you directly for the amount of your order in the form of a voucher (if you would like another form of reimbursement, please let us know).
