What our warranty covers
Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects related to the following components of our inflatable mattresses:
- Pumps
- Seams
- Valves
What our warranty does not cover
Certain situations are not covered by our warranty:
- Improper use: Damage caused by sharp objects or improper use.
- Normal Wear: Signs of wear and tear from regular use over time.
- Failure to follow instructions: Use of the product in a manner inconsistent with Zeluxy guidelines.
- Modifications: Any alteration of the product by the user that causes damage.
- Third-party damage: Damage caused by animals or other people.
